Lunch - £500

  • Logo display as sponsors.
  • Two complimentary delegate places.
  • Acknowledgement and entry into sponsors' section of the conference programme.
  • Promotional literature will be inserted into the delegate folder/bag.

Registration Area - £400
The registration area is the first point of contact for all delegates and will also be used as the information point throughout the Conference.

  • Logo display as sponsors of this area.
  • Exclusive opportunity for sole sponsor at reception desk.
  • Two complimentary delegate places.
  • Acknowledgement and entry into sponsors’ section of the conference programme.
  • Promotional literature will be inserted into the delegate folder/bag.

Delegates Folders - £350
High-quality folders/bags will be given to each registered delegate. Ideal for the conference duration but also after the conference has finished.

  • Sponsor’s logo will appear on the front of the folder/bag.
  • Promotional literature will be inserted into the delegate folder/bag.
  • Acknowledgement and entry into sponsors’ section of the conference programme.
  • Option of an exhibition stand at reduced rate.

Delegate Pack Inserts - £100
An A4 document of your choice (up to 8 pages) will be inserted into all delegate folders/bags to take home with them.

Poster Sites - £100
A selection of poster sites will be available within the exhibition area, enabling sponsors to present their services to delegates, sponsors and exhibitors.

Delegates Pens & Pads - £50

  • Always needed and asked for!
